Chris Jolly, founder of Freight Coach Enterprises and host of the “Coffee w/ #TheFreightCoach” podcast, has over 14 years of experience in freight brokerage, covering operations, sales, and leadership. Specializing in training and development, Chris partners with growth-stage transportation companies—including brokerages, asset-based trucking firms, and technology companies—to enhance sales processes and operational efficiency. His consulting firm, CJolly Freight Consulting, provides customized training for leadership, carrier, and customer sales teams, helping them overcome challenges and achieve long-term success in the transportation industry.

Benjamin Kowalski

Benjamin Kowalski is a Business Coach with over 17 years of experience in sales, leadership, and management. Recognized for his relationship-building skills and sales expertise, he consistently ranked in the top 5% of 5,700 brokers during his time as a Senior Logistics Account Executive, growing a $4.2 million business in under two years. Nate Cross

Nate Cross began his logistics career in the U.S. military and continues to serve as a logistics officer in the Army National Guard. In 2012, he joined Con-Way Freight (XPO Logistics) as a freight operations supervisor before transitioning to third-party logistics with Logistic Dynamics, Inc. as a business development specialist in 2014. In 2019, he launched “The Midnight Freight Broker” podcast, later rebranded as “Freight 360.” Currently, Nate is the Vice President of Agent Development & Services at Pearce Worldwide Logistics, focusing on helping independent freight agents grow their businesses within a larger brokerage.
